About this project
The project stands out for covering a total area of 150 m2 with tensioned shade sails arranged at different heights, allowing for a play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day, bringing the entrance to life. The distinguishing feature was the color choice: a palette of carefully selected colors inspired by the traditional ceramics of La Bisbal d’Empordà.
The sails create a very cool environment. The air circulation underneath them drastically reduces the thermal sensation, making it possible to host outdoor workshops, presentations, or receptions. The space is usable for more days of the year, protecting visitors from direct sunlight and light rain.
